A broody hen is a blessing that requires no correction just decisions. Simply place a wooden egg under her & collect the rest. They’re all good to eat if you catch her starting. Then you have options available. She may continue to lay, or if she sets the single wooden egg, just pick her up at night & place her on a roost as they can’t see. That will break her up. If you have desirable hatching eggs (limit 12) you can substitute and she’ll raise you a nice clutch of whatever you chose as her own. Hens are not rocket scientists and she will be a good mother.
